Brook Hollow Club Estates green homes are designed to maximize HVAC use at low costs with features that include AC systems that use an inverter for the air handler which is a commercial method in a residential application and is very cost effective; energy recovery ventilation to exchange the energy contained in normally exhausted air using it to treat the incoming outdoor ventilation air; and spray foam insulation for better overall HVAC performance along with keeping allergens out of the home.
